栽培技术：

1、 合理选地：向日葵具有抗旱耐瘠耐盐碱的特性，一般耕地及荒地均可种植，但不宜连作，前茬作物以瓜类、小麦、玉米、棉花、豆类等为好。

2、 适时晚播：播种期一般在10厘米土层温度连续5天达到8—10℃时即可播种，最适宜播种期为5月下旬至6月上旬。

3、 种植密度：西部地区建议亩保苗2100-2300株，东部地区建议亩保苗1300-1500株。
